Simulation is an accessible and safe way to learn in a non-threatening and reflective environment.  It offers operational tools for increasing team empathy and enables individuals to cope better with real-life scenarios that arise. 

 

Findings from all the simulation workshops are continually collated, studied and documented to further develop this new approach to education.
