Dr Yifat Davidoff
Dr Yifat Davidoff got her PhD in Leadership and Management of Educational Systems in 2017 from Bar Ilan University. Prior to this she spent 20 years as team manager, teacher, lecturer and curriculum developer at schools and academic colleges. Yifat specializes in team training through Experiental Learning (EL) using Team-Based Simulations (role-play). She is experienced in establishing large-scale field studies to promote organizational learning. Following her doctorate, Yifat is developing her research and running Compathy Method workshops.
Dr eric pool
Dr Eric T. Pool, Ed.D., PMP, CSM, has been employed at Mayo Clinic since 2007 where he currently works as a Senior Project Manager in Information Technology (IT). He has completed his Doctor of Education in Organization Development with a focus on Project Management at the University of Saint Thomas, Minnesota. Dr. Pool practices project management through a lens that combines Organization Development and Quality Management. He has experience managing diverse projects including those in the, IT, HR, and Aerospace fields. Dr. Pool also teaches Project Management at the University of California Berkeley and Harvard University in the US.
DR Amir Gefen
Dr Amir Gefen got his PhD in Leadership and Management of Educational Systems in 2019 from Bar-Ilan University. Amir specializes in Cyber bullying among adolescents while focusing on prevention and intervention methods. He works as VP at a technology company developing artificial intelligence for detecting and analyzing mental distress online. Prior to that, he worked as Head of Prevention at the National Cyber Protection Bureau for Children (105 Helpline). Amir has over 20 years of experience in training and lecturing in academic and professional training programs.
Keren Rosenberg
Keren Rosenberg combines the world of art and photography, with the world of research. She graduated from the Musrara College of the photography arts in 2013. Over the past 10 years, Keren has collaborated with various organizations such as the Israel Museum and the Israel Ministry of Education as a professional photographer and film maker.
Keren works as a videographer for the Compathy workshops.
Jonty Hurwitz
Jonty Hurwitz has been deeply involved in the development of the Compathy Method for Entrepreneurs. He has a long history in building startup businesses from the ground up in the capacity of founder, investor, advisor and CTO. Some of his experiences include Statpro PLC, Duedil, Global Asset Management, Wonga, Behalf.com Local Treasures, Claim Technology, Vesti.AI. In recent years, Jonty has started contributing part of his energies to educating the next generation of Entrepeneurs.
Dr kEN reimer
Dr Kenneth (Ken) Reimer is an Assistant Professor at the University of Winnipeg (Canada). Prior to this, he had a twenty-five year career in Canada’s public school system. This included positions as a mainstream, special education, and resource teacher, guidance counsellor, and school principal in six different schools in two different school divisions. Dr. Reimer holds a PhD in Education from the University of Manitoba. His primary research interests have focused on inclusive special education, school leadership, creativity, educational policy, graduation rates, at-risk learners, and teacher collaboration. He has served as President of the Manitoba Council for Exceptional Children. Dr. Reimer has taught at the University of Winnipeg (Canada), University of Manitoba (Canada), and guest lectured at North-Caucasus Federal University (Russia). He has presented papers at several different provincial, national, and international conference sites
