Research Courses

Our academic research is both theoretical and field-based, so we run simulation workshops with groups of students to gather data and, most importantly, to teach. The thread that runs through all of our work is the love of teaching and education.

Backed by extensive academic research, the courses are proven to strengthen team work and personal performance.

The Compathy Methodology has been developed over a decade of research backed by results from 'on the ground' teaching.

Our workshops and courses are accompanied by extensive academic research in which we monitor the participants' psychological empowerment in the context of the communication skills we wish to develop.

Following each workshop, the participants will fill out a short, friendly digital questionnaire on aspects of psychological empowerment related to the workshop's effects on their self-efficacy perceptions in the areas in which we participated in the workshop. These aspects include reference to self-confidence and the ability to make informed decisions; Feelings of meaning at work; Aspects of social leadership and a sense of efficiency and skill.

The courses are accessible, easy to operate, non-threatening and reflective.  They offer operational tools for increasing team empathy and enables individuals to cope better with real-life scenarios that arise.
